12jeet Terms and Conditions

The specific meanings of certain words and terms used in this document are given below.

• "Platform" refers to the 12jeet website, mobile application and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account on the 12jeet platform.
• "Services" refers to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, virtual games and other entertainment activities.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real money and bonus money held in a user's account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to an amount awarded as part of a promotion, which requires specific wagering conditions to be met before it can be withdrawn.

These terms apply to all users located in Bangladesh and accessing 12jeet services from Bangladesh.

The following conditions must be met to create an account on 12jeet:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older. Account creation by any underage person is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
• Each person may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.
• An active mobile number and email address must be provided during registration, which will be used for identity verification.
• As part of account verification, 12jeet may request a national identity card or other government-issued documents. Failure to provide documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily restricted.

Maintaining the security of your 12jeet account is entirely your responsibility. Follow the guidelines below for safe use:

• Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone else.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly. Avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.
• If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify the 12jeet support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

12jeet will not be held responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised use of an account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a fault on the platform itself.

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on 12jeet:

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major banks).
• Deposited funds must come from the user's own account. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact the support team immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
• Withdrawals can only be made from real money. To withdraw bonus money, the relevant wagering conditions must be met.
• 12jeet reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if identity verification has not been completed or if any suspicious activity is detected on the account.

12jeet offers a welcome bonus for new members. The conditions for receiving and using bonuses are detailed below:

• A 100% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagering.
• A bonus is never direct cash — it is a conditional benefit that is added to the main account after specific criteria are met.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person, household or device. Attempting to claim the bonus multiple times may result in account cancellation.
• 12jeet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion. The latest information on ongoing promotions is available on the platform.

All games and betting activities on the 12jeet platform are governed by the following general rules:

• Each game or betting section has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant game or section page.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, 12jeet reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount.
• A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring fairness. For live games, results from verified studios such as Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are final.
• In sports betting, bets already accepted after a match has started cannot be cancelled; however, in-play betting is governed by specific rules.
• If an error or irregularity is found in any game or bet, 12jeet reserves the right to review the relevant transaction and correct it if necessary.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12jeet platform and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Abusing the bonus system, such as repeatedly claiming the welcome bonus through multiple accounts.
• Using software, bots or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Conducting any form of fraud, money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Intentionally exploiting any error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately towards other users or 12jeet staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of someone under 21 years of age or helping them access the platform.

If any prohibited activity is proven, 12jeet reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the relevant account and permanently close it.

12jeet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete account verification or providing false information.
• Detection of unusual or suspicious activity on the account, pending investigation.
• At the user's own request, such as voluntary self-exclusion or a request to delete the account.

If any valid funds remain in the balance at the time of account closure and no wagering conditions are pending, the return of those funds will be considered after the investigation is complete. The option to voluntarily self-exclude is also available under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

12jeet works to maintain a high standard of service, but the platform's liability is limited in the following areas:

• 12jeet is not responsible for delays or losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party service providers.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to natural disasters, cyberattacks or other unforeseen circumstances, 12jeet will not be obligated to pay compensation.
• 12jeet does not bear responsibility for losses caused by the user's own negligence or by sharing account details with others.
• 12jeet does not compensate for financial losses arising from gaming or betting — this is entirely at the user's own risk.

12jeet takes the protection of users' personal information very seriously. Information collected during registration is used solely for account management, verification and service improvement.
